“I joined my husband on my first ever euro event in Misano. After attending a couple of UK track days and race weekends, where I felt it was very much a mans sport. Its safe to say the team from Slick made me feel like I was part of one big family.
The little touches such as Prosecco for the girls at the end of the day and beer for the riders just shows how far these guys go above and beyond.
Ive been subject to many Sunday afternoons watching Moto GP in our house. But to have a meal in Valentino Rossi’s restaurant in his home town with the full team slick was very special.

“I have recently joined my partner on two Slick events, Mugello and Misano. Although I don’t ride myself, I have had an amazing time and really felt like part of the experience. All the guys that run Slick are so welcoming and lovely and couldn’t have asked for a better time. The overall organisation of everything was spot on, with meals booked and Prosecco for us in the afternoon after a busy day of changing tyre warmers and pretending to look busy! Definitely will tag along again, especially since l’m a certified racer chaser now!”

Felt the event was very well organised and in the garages it was very spacious that you had plenty of space to move about and nice personal touches with the mats and coolers and added bonus of prosecco for the wives!
